Tom began in the financial services business with Mutual Life of Canada in 1984. Tom was awarded the Recruit of the year for Canada in his first year and has been an outstanding Advisor since. He has consistently received for The National Quality Award for quality business and is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a worldwide organization promoting high quality financial advisors around the world. He recently achieved the designation of Elder Planning Counsellor which deals with the unique financial concerns for the population as it ages. |

Nancy J. Lyle, FLMI, RPA, CMS, CEBS
Associate Advisor
Nancy has held various positions in the financial services industry since joining Mutual Life of Canada in 1972, including Financial Centre Administration Management, Senior Group Benefits Manager, Product Development Manager and Advisor. She was awarded the Summit award as the Number 1 Benefits Manager in Canada for The Mutual Group in 1992. She went into individual production in 1993 and now provides Administration and Sales support for Secure Benefits Solutions as well as T.C. Bulloch Financial Services. She was appointed a Fellow, of the Life Management Institute in 1985, received her RPA (Retirement Plan Associate) designation in 2003 and her CMS (Compensation Management Specialist) and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) in 2005. |

Christine joined the team in June 2003. She graduated from Notre Dame Secondary School with Honours, and is currently enrolled at Sheridan college completing her Legal Administration Diploma. Christine brought with her 10 years of administration and client services experience, and as Executive Assistant at Secure Benefits Solutions she displays her knowledge and skills on a daily basis. |
